Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within East and West Malaysia. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 12 noon during weekdays will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of this time period, including during Public Holidays, will be delivered the next day we are open. 
*given that there is no unforeseen problems arised.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days using J&T courier. Flat rate shipping fee is RM7.90 applies to orders shipping to West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia) and RM13 to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). We do not ship outside of Malaysia at this time.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We offer flat rate shipping RM7.90  to West Malaysia and RM13 to East Malaysia. We also offer free shipping for orders exceeding RM100 in one receipt.
